Welcome to the page of the Observatory of European and Comparative Private Law at the University of Girona

On July 24, 2003 the University of Girona established the "Observatori de Dret Privat Europeu i Comparat" (Observatory of European and Comparative Private Law) as a research unit which aims at promoting the study of the developments of Private Law in Europe and throughout the world.
