Curriculum Vitae 

François Lichère is Professor of public law at the University of Aix-Marseille III - France. After graduate in law at the University of Montpellier (Licence) and at the University of Aix-en-Provence in political sciences, he has passed his PH D (doctorat) at the University of Montpellier in 1998 and was appointed lecturer in public law (Maître de conferences) in 1999 and Professor of public law in 2000 at the age of 31. Since then, he has tought public contract law and administrative law in different Master degrees in France and in Europe.
Professor Lichère has published numerous books or articles, mainly in the field of public contracts law, in French or English. He is the author of “Droit des contrats publics” (Dalloz, 2005) and co-author of “Pratique des partenariats publics privés” (Litec, 2006 and 2009) and of « Droit des marchés publics et contrats publics spéciaux » (Le Moniteur) for which he is also co-editor. Professor Lichère is also consultant for two law firms based in Paris, advising for clients in the public sector or the private sector.
